How To Customize iPhone 13 And iPhone 13 Pro Notification Bar

Tap on Notifications.

Tap on Sort Order.

Select Manual.

Tap and hold the three-line icon at the right side of your screen. Move it to the place you want it.

Next, go back to Notifications main screen to individual select apps that you don’t want on the Notification bar.
